I’ve been fascinated by words since I learned to read. As a teenager, Harry Potter was my constant companion. Somewhere between Harry's triumphs on the Quidditch field and his confrontations with Voldemort amidst the ruins of Hogwarts, I realized I wanted to create stories that made people feel the way I felt during Harry’s victories.
The carrier owl never came, but I was determined to nurture my writing magic. I began pursuing a bachelor's degree at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. During this time, I discovered the power of words to empower individuals to make informed decisions and provide entertainment.
Early in my career, I pursued my passion at a marketing agency, where I had the opportunity to fulfill my dream. As an enthusiastic and adaptable copywriter, I created various content types, including social media posts, newsletters, blogs, search engine-optimized articles, and ebooks for small businesses.
Throughout this experience, I collaborated with clients to understand their brands, voices, and needs. Using my expertise, I created compelling copy that engaged readers and helped achieve client goals. However, I wanted to go further.
I developed my skills in content strategy and data analysis, and pursued a master's degree in English to prepare for the next steps in my career.
